Home to tennis stars Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf, Spring Valley NV was given unincorporated town status in 1981, after building began in the mid-1970’s, on land previously occupied by the Stardust International Raceway. Consisting mostly of housing subdivisions, Spring Valley does also have strip malls that have affectionately come to be known as Chinatown, that connect the area to the Las Vegas strip.
