Sure Bet is a business energy efficiency rebate program by NV Energy (Northern Nevada Gas). It offers cash incentives and technical assistance to help commercial customers save money. Commercial electric customers (and Reno-Sparks commercial gas customers) can get incentives for new construction, major renovations, and existing facility project improvements.
It is open for commercial, industrial, nonprofit, schools, construction, state government, installer/contractor, federal government, agricultural, institutional, and hotels.

- Boiler Tune-up Boiler $300
- High Efficiency Furnaces: $1.00 per Input MBH
- Commercial Water Heaters Unit $150
- Infrared Heaters: $1.00 per Input MBH br /> Condensing Unit Heaters: $1.00 per Input MBH
- Programmable Thermostat Stat: $50
- Steam Trap Repair/replacement: $50 per Trap
- Pipe Wrap-Hot Water or Steam Boiler: $4.00 per Linear Foot
- Domestic Hot Water Pipe Wrap: $2.00 per Linear Foot
- Roof Insulation: $0.10 per SF-Roof Area
- Demand Controlled Ventilation: $0.05 per SF-Ctrl Area
- Hotel Guest Room Energy Management System (Gas Heat): $35
- High-Efficiency Pool Heater: $1.50 per Input MBH
- Pool Cover: $0.50 per Square Foot
- High-Efficiency Clothes Washer: $50
- Process Boiler Tune-Up: $400
- Domestic Water Heater Tune-Up: $150
- Cooking Equipment: $125 – $1,800; varies by type
- Custom Incentive: $0.50/Therm
